Role Responsibilities

You will manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.

You will develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.

You will demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.

You will strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams.

You will chart your development journey by attending formal training, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on your passionate business areas.

You will be based in the Middle East. Our core mission is to help private sector organizations implement transformations and build organizational and employee capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
  • 4+ years of business experience with a proven record of achievements and personal growth; international experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance is beneficial.
  • Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, including IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or data transformation, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services.
  • Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies aligned with client goals, driving innovation.
  • Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects.
  • Extensive experience in strategic initiatives within financial services, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of client service commitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel, mainly within the Kingdom.
