Senior Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Developer (Outsource)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Transform complex data sets into easy-to-understand visualizations that communicate trends, patterns, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources, implementing data cleansing techniques, and establishing data governance best practices.
• Optimize data models and queries to improve report performance and usability.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of BI tools and reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and data visualization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or similar fields.
• Proven experience with minimum 7 years as a BI Designer, with expertise in designing and developing BI solutions.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques.
• Certification in BI tools (Good to have).

Solid Experience in dealing with SQL Server Databases with minimum 7 years of experience in following:

• Developing solid data warehouse solution using Microsoft Platform.
• Developing ETL packages using SSIS.
• Developing Paginated reports using SSRS.
• Developing Cubes using SSAS (Tabular Model).
• Developing interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• At least 1 year of experience working on the following:
• A. Azure Cloud Services like, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics (ASA).
• B. Proven experience in developing and maintaining .NET Core Razor web applications.
• C. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• D. Solid understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• E. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• F. Knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL Server or similar database systems.
