Maaden seeks a senior data science leader to drive advanced analytics and AI capabilities across enterprise functions. You will translate business problems into scalable ML solutions and decision intelligence products, leveraging trusted data and governance to unlock value.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, data platform teams, and business stakeholders to embed analytics into autonomous workflows, ensuring transparency and model monitoring throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, ML, or data product development.
• Experience with agentic AI, generative AI, MLOps, and cloud data platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into data science problem statements and measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver predictive, prescriptive, diagnostic analytics to support decision-making.
• Develop ML models, statistical analyses, simulations, and advanced analytics products.
• Ensure outputs are interpretable, actionable, and aligned with governance and business value.
• Define data, model, and workflow requirements for agentic AI use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to embed analytics into autonomous workflows.
• Define evaluation approaches for AI-enabled insights and monitor performance and impact.
• Promote responsible AI with transparency, explainability, and governance controls.
• Create reusable analytics assets and data products for scale across domains.
