Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Modeling & Architecture II to design and deliver high-quality data models and architecture artifacts across analytics domains. You will ensure alignment with enterprise standards, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with governance, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in data modeling and solution architecture within enterprise analytics environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering models for modern cloud data platforms and supporting implementation throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for analytics, integration, and reporting use cases.
• Translate business requirements into entities, attributes, and relationships; align with business glossary.
• Develop dimensional models and curated layer schemas for analytics and KPIs.
• Define mappings from source systems to curated layers with traceability and reconciliation.
• Participate in solution design reviews and mitigate modeling risks (data quality, performance, historization).
• Support data engineers with model-driven implementation guidance and validate physical implementations.
