Implement data management program in accordance with National Data Management Office standards at various clients, including adherence to controls and standards related to data governance and sharing. Deploy open data and generate revenue from data in line with customer strategy and technological development

Responsibilities and job duties:

• Design, Plan and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with National Data Management (NDMO) Office standards to provide consistent and proper handling of data assets
• Identify data stewards, evaluate the data classification process, and assess the impact in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Determine the fundamental requirements for master data management (MDM) to develop a model and create a golden record, serving as a common reference point for all essential data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data governance requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data governance tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years relevant work experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation, with significant influence on overall direction of data
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics or related technical field
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).

Technical or Programming skills:

• Data extraction and integration from multiple sources.
• Scalable data storage design (Snowflake).
• Metadata management and business glossary development.
• Master Data Management (MDM) and Golden Record creation.
• Data classification, documentation, and privacy controls.
• Data quality management (rules, validation, remediation).
• Ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with data management tools, Excel, and cloud-based storage systems.
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
