Collaboration with multiple departments and strong communication with non-technical stakeholders are essential. Requires a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, 5–8+ years of experience, and proven SQL, Python or R skills, plus experience with Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related).
• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles.
• AI and Generative AI experience is a MUST.
• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Model data using statistical methods to forecast trends and outcomes.
• Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions.
