We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to optimize data storage systems, enhance data processing efficiency, and coordinate the development of data solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior data engineers, contribute to the design of data pipelines, and ensure the effective implementation of data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on optimizing data storage systems such as databases and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with senior data engineers to design and maintain data pipelines.
• Optimize internal data processing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate the development of data models for transactional and analytical applications.
• Enhance data retrieval and storage processes to maximize system performance.
• Lead efforts to develop and refine data solutions and products, analyzing outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Research and implement new data engineering tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Provide informal mentorship to junior analysts and data professionals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of data storage optimization techniques and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Understanding of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
