We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who will transform raw data into meaningful insights using advanced analytics techniques and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and improve data accessibility and quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

Design and implement reporting and analytical solutions using modern BI technologies.

Extract and manipulate data from a variety of systems such as SQL, SAP BW, and Oracle.

Clean, transform, and enhance data for improved quality, usability, and reporting effectiveness.

Apply best practices and design principles in the use of BI tools and technology stacks.

Monitor data pipelines, system logs, and access protocols to ensure data availability and security.

Collaborate with data owners and end-users to define and maintain high-quality data standards.

Support data governance efforts to uphold data integrity and consistency.

Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Develop robust data models and perform data integration tasks for reporting purposes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on analytics and BI exposure.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in SQL and / or Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Extensive experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.

Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation.

Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.

Ability to write clear reports, deliver presentations, and communicate complex data in simple terms.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
