Job Description

Roles:

  • Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity regulations, such as NCA ECC, ISO 27001, NIST, and others.
  • Lead periodic reviews and gap assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and governance practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate governance requirements into projects, systems, and operations.
  • Support the development of cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives.
  • Assist in risk assessments and ensure identified risks are managed according to governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and present governance reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity regulations, standards, and trends to keep the governance framework up to date.
  • Act as a liaison between cybersecurity and other departments to promote a culture of security and compliance.

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT are preferred.

Experience:
