Job description

Help AG is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cyber Trust Advisory Consultant - GRC to provide technical guidance, hands-on delivery, and manage consultancy projects related to governance, risk, and compliance services. The role involves tasks such as third-party cybersecurity risk management, data classification consulting, business impact analysis, risk assessments, policy development, awareness presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards within the countries of operation. The Senior Cyber Trust Advisory Consultant - GRC will lead project delivery, work independently and collaboratively, manage customer expectations, and support successful project closure.

Responsibilities:

• Review and update the information asset classification framework.
• Deliver consultancy projects related to third-party cybersecurity risk management, SOC, data classification, ISO standards, NCA, ISR, NESA, SAMA, and CITC regulations.
• Develop and maintain an information asset register template.
• Plan and prepare information workshops.
• Conduct workshops with department representatives to classify information assets.
• Analyze submissions and finalize the information asset register.
• Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Lead information classification workshops, identifying and classifying critical assets.
• Provide consulting for establishing data classification frameworks.
• Customize and optimize information gathering tools.
• Guide configuration of technical policies for DLP/classifiers.
• Develop and deliver awareness programs on information classification.
• Provide feedback for service line enhancements.
• Represent Help AG in events and PR activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in data classification and frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISO lead implementer or auditor.
• Knowledge of NCA and NDMO data classification requirements.
• Best practices in data classification.
• Strong consulting skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes.
• Flexible work approach as per job requirements.
