Our Legal Team is responsible for developing and safeguarding our company's global legal strategy. We provide day-to-day legal support on various topics and partner with the business to ensure protection and compliance.

Partner with the best

As a Legal Counsel, you will support the commercial success of the business by providing legal support for supply chain operations, including drafting and negotiating supply, procurement, and vendor agreements.

  • Advise on customer-facing contracts and commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian legal frameworks.
  • Lead legal efforts related to corporate governance, including board and shareholder matters, entity management, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Product Company Counsel to support product line legal needs.
  • Lead or support negotiations with suppliers and customers, including complex deal structures.
  • Handle MNA structures and agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance on labor and employment matters and dispute resolution.
  • Stay current with legal developments in Saudi Arabia to ensure business practices remain compliant.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor of Law (LL.B), JD, or equivalent from an accredited institution; advanced qualifications (e.g., LLM) are a plus.
  • At least 7+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of international law firm and in-house corporate experience.
  • Strong expertise in Saudi Arabian laws, especially in contract law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector or multinational corporate environment is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements, particularly supply and commercial contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory environments and engage with government entities when needed.
