Responsibilities:

• Provide cost management services from contract signature to project completion across various sectors.
• Lead and supervise managers and professionals.
• Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, and assist with formal execution.
• Advise on contract administration and management.
• Measure and value work, adjust variations as per contract terms.
• Ensure effective cost control and reporting during the project.
• Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Identify costs related to design changes, contract awards, and construction activities.
• Evaluate claims for delays and additional costs.
• Negotiate final accounts and issue certificates of practical completion.
• Manage and develop the cost consultancy team.
• Drive system and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships, influence stakeholders.
• Contribute to net zero carbon transition efforts during project delivery.

Requirements:

• Visa eligibility for Saudi Arabia and relevant experience in high-value projects for a project management consultancy.
• Proven experience in commercial management, risk management, and change control.
• Experience with various contract types and strong contract administration knowledge.
