Job description

This Saudi Arabian Law Firm, associated with a top-tier international law firm, has an excellent opportunity for a senior corporate lawyer to join their busy and thriving Corporate practice in Riyadh. The position will entail handling a variety of high-level work, including complex and big-ticket M&A deals, joint ventures, IPOs, and commercial contracts.

They have an impressive client list, including major government, corporate, and private equity clients across the Middle Eastern region, with an emphasis on the Saudi and UAE markets. Their broad practice spans multiple sectors, including energy (oil/gas and renewables), infrastructure, transport, technology, hospitality, healthcare/pharma, manufacturing, and consumer goods—closely aligned with KSA Vision 2030. Applicants will need first-class legal ability, a practical commercial approach (with a track record of managing deals), excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and enjoy being part of a friendly and supportive team.

Requirements include a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and consistently strong academic results. Saudi or Middle East region experience and Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential. With a long-established presence in the Middle East, this top firm offers an excellent understanding of the business and legal environment in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider region, providing first-rate expertise and a tax-free package second to none.
