Senior Controls and Reporting Specialist

JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Controls and Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of implementing and managing project controls processes, ensuring that accurate reporting and analysis are conducted for all our projects. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and drive project success.

Responsibilities

1. The purpose of the reporting role is to provide a reporting service across the overall F&E Portfolio. It collates base data and generates reports to multiple audiences through aggregated data.
2. Responsible for managing the EVM calculations at a portfolio level to determine the overall performance of F&E against time and cost.
3. Reports on Benefits Realization and deviations.
4. Manage the project budget and capture ‘actual costs’ as part of the Cost Reporting process.

Education

1. Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering

1. 7+ years experience in controls and reporting
