Role Summary:


The Senior Control Tower Specialist, IVMS,The Line is responsible for the real-time monitoring of vehicle alerts related to traffic violations, safety risks, gate access control, and geofencing.



Using the Integrated Vehicle Management System (IVMS), the operator detects and manages safety risks, unauthorized access attempts, and compliance issues within defined geofenced areas, contributing to secure and efficient operations.



This role involves close collaboration with contractors managing drivers, as well as security and compliance teams, to uphold safety standards and enforce operational protocols.

Responsibilities:




  1. IVMS Monitoring for Safety, Compliance, and Access Control

    • Continuously monitor the IVMS dashboard for alerts on traffic violations, unsafe driving behaviors, and unauthorized access attempts.

    • Oversee gate access control, ensuring only authorized vehicles and personnel enter restricted areas and logging all access attempts.

    • Monitor geofenced zones and respond to alerts triggered by vehicle entries or exits from designated or restricted areas.



  2. Incident Response and Escalation

    • Respond promptly to safety, access, and geofencing alerts, coordinating with contractors to address issues as they arise.

    • Communicate with contractors managing drivers to ensure actions are taken for any safety or compliance-related concerns.

    • Log and report unresolved or repeated issues related to safety, access, and geofencing compliance to support corrective measures.



  3. Data Analysis and Reporting on Safety, Access, and Geofencing Compliance

    • Analyze data from IVMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance with traffic laws, access control, and geofence adherence.

    • Prepare and present reports on safety risks, access control incidents, and geofencing compliance, identifying trends and improvement areas.

    • Collaborate with Safety, Compliance, and Security teams, providing data insights to drive targeted improvements.



  4. Contractor Communication and Training Support

    • Coordinate with contractors managing drivers to provide feedback on safety performance, access compliance, and adherence to geofencing protocols.

    • Support training initiatives by compiling data on common violations and compliance issues, working with contractors and the Safety and Compliance teams.

    • Assist in contractor briefings to ensure drivers managed by contractors understand and adhere to safety, access, and geofencing requirements.



  5. System Optimization and Compliance Enhancements

    • Identify opportunities to improve IVMS functionalities for more effective monitoring of safety, access control, and geofencing.

    • Collaborate with IT and system administrators to ensure IVMS is optimized for accurate, real-time alerts and compliance monitoring.

    • Implement best practices within the IVMS to enhance security, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.




Qualifications




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5years in transport operations, safety or security monitoring, or fleet management

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in IVMS platforms, access control systems, and geofencing tools.

    • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for reporting.

    • Familiarity with GPS tracking, real-time alert systems, and access control.



  • Soft Skills:

    • High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

    • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective incident resolution.

    • Problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure.

    • Analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating compliance data.




Working Conditions




  • This role is based on site in Neom project office.

  • This role may require shift work to ensure 24/7 monitoring for safety, access control, and geofencing compliance.

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional field visits for safety and access compliance audits.
