Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Project Contracts Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for.




Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable teammates. You'll provide essential guidance and leadership to shape proactive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies that align with Alstom's business objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Management and core project teams), ensure meticulous record keeping and file preparation for claim files, and much more.


You'll also lead the contract management activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strategic approaches protect Alstom’s interests and foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll lead the team of Contract Managers across the business (such as Project Contract Managers, Key Supplier Contract Managers, and Project Contract Administrators), coordinate and supervise contract management tasks, and much more.


We’ll look to you for:





  • Guidance and leadership in contract management practices,





  • Development of strategies for extensions of time and variation orders,





  • Collaboration with the Project Manager and core project team,





  • Implementation of contract amendments in line with project requirements,





  • Effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the contract process,





  • Maintenance of robust documentation to support claim files,





  • Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s business objectives,





  • Driving proactive claim management,





  • Continuous improvement of contract management processes.
