- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy or project management environment.
- Experience working on high-rise or large-scale building projects in the Middle East is preferred.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and regional contract practices.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all post-contract activities for the high-rise development project.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Monitor and manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims, and disputes.
- Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, and legal counsel to resolve contractual issues.
- Review and assess payment applications, invoices, and progress claims.
- Assist in the negotiation and resolution of claims and disputes.
- Maintain and organize contract documentation, registers, and records.
- Prepare reports on contract performance and commercial risk analysis.
- Interface with the client and contractors to ensure transparent and timely communication.
