Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to engineering and consultancy services.
• Provide strategic advice on contractual matters and ensure all contracts meet industry standards and legal requirements.
• Manage claims, variations, and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contract alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through execution and closure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Mitigate risks and provide recommendations for risk management strategies.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies and contract structures.
• Conduct contract performance reviews and ensure that all deliverables are met within budget and on time.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in contract management within the consultant engineering and PMO sectors.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, legal frameworks, and international standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution and claims management.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
