To continue the successful growth of our TD team within EY’s Consulting practice, we are looking for experienced, motivated people who have previously worked in program and project management, business or digital transformation roles, either in industry or in a client-side advisory role to join our team.

Role and Requirements :

We seek experienced Transformation Delivery Senior Consultants / Assistant Managers for our Business Transformation team.

Client Responsibilities

1. Setting up PMO, SMO, TMOs including operating models, org structures, policies, procedures, and processes.
2. Knowledge in PM tools, system implementation, and business requirements, including process design, testing, and end-user training involving cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Managing and delivering large-scale transformation programs on time, within scope, and budget.
4. Leading major project and portfolio activities from initiation to closure.
5. Building relationships with clients and internal teams, developing high-impact business opportunities.
6. Ensuring high-quality work products and maintaining EY’s reputation.
7. Acting as a subject matter expert in relevant areas, shaping services for clients.
8. Leading presentations, workshops, and proposals for complex projects, contributing to bids and thought leadership.
9. Driving improvements through engagement-level Quality & Risk Management initiatives.
10. Monitoring project risks and issues, taking appropriate actions.
11. Managing and guiding project teams throughout engagements.
12. Linking projects to strategic KPIs and monitoring their achievement.

Internal Responsibilities

1. Managing client accounts, including recruitment, finances, and quality/risk management.
2. Building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
3. Leading and supporting project proposals and presentations.
4. Communicating effectively with senior management and motivating teams.
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
6. Fostering internal relationships and supporting team development and mentoring.
7. Conducting performance reviews and contributing to people initiatives.
8. Following workplace policies and procedures.

Required knowledge and experience include:

• 3-6 years’ experience in management consulting or similar advisory roles.
• 3+ years managing large-scale projects and transformation programs.
• Multidisciplinary experience including project management, strategy, business process design, testing, and training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of project governance and change management principles.
• Strong educational background in engineering, business, or project management.
• Saudi nationals only, due to local employment laws.

Additional qualifications:

• PRINCE2 or PMP, ERP, SAP certifications preferred.
• Interest in process improvement, agile methodologies, and business case development.
• Master’s degree or MBA in relevant fields is advantageous.
