As a Consultant in Sustainable Development & Healthy Living with experience in Master Planning, you will provide expert advisory services to clients on integrating sustainable development practices with health and wellness-focused solutions.
Your new role, what’s involved
- Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that incorporate principles of healthy living, focusing on energy efficiency, clean air, water conservation, and green spaces.
- Advise clients on creating sustainable developments and health-promoting environments, including strategies for urban planning, green building design, and the integration of wellness into community and residential developments.
- Support the development of policies and programs to reduce environmental impacts while enhancing human well-being through sustainable practices.
- Provide technical expertise on health and sustainability frameworks, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and climate resilience strategies.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in sustainable development, green building practices, and healthy living to provide innovative solutions.
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports, health assessments, and environmental audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability and health-focused solutions into broader projects.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment on sustainability and health objectives.
- Promote and apply sustainable living principles to address challenges such as climate change, urbanization, and public health.
- Design and implement sustainability programs that promote healthy living and reduce environmental impacts.
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills to assess trends, policies, and technologies in sustainability and health.
- Communicate effectively to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Public Health, or related fields.
- Mostadam AP credentials or earning credentials within the first 3 months is required.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental consulting, or advisory roles focusing on healthy living and sustainable development.
- Master planning experience.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices, green building design, and environmental health principles.
- Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks and certifications such as UN SDGs, LEED, BREEAM, and health/wellness standards like WELL.
