Job description

We are looking for Procurement Managers to join our Contract Services Team, working at client project site offices across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Contract Services team includes experts in procurement, contract strategy, claims management, and dispute resolution services.

We are the first consultancy recognized by the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) for excellence in procurement processes within the construction sector. Our team has received a Procurement Excellence Programme Award for excellence in procurement and supply chain activities.

The Opportunity:

This role involves delivering strategic procurement and contract advice, including end-to-end procurement services for major brands and projects. You will be part of our expanding Contract Services team, contributing to our growth and service expansion during this exciting period.

  1. Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to both public and private sector clients,
  2. Manage and collaborate with teams on end-to-end procurement for large projects or programs,
  3. Support the development of procurement services offered by T&T,
  4. Assist in business development and marketing efforts for the Contract Services team,
  5. Contribute to achieving team and business targets,
  6. Support bid preparations, proposal documentation, and enhance the work-winning capabilities of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading or supporting projects in strategic procurement environments,
  2. Strong background in tender preparation and documentation development in relevant sectors,
  3. Experience with supplier engagement activities from market engagement to contract award,
  4. Familiarity with standard form contracts, including development, negotiation, and award,
  5. Working towards or holding MCIPS accreditation,
  6. Degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law, or procurement is preferred.

Skills:

  1. Ability to develop procurement strategies within projects or programs,
  2. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,
  3. Understanding of commercial principles and modeling,
  4. Experience in strategy delivery and documentation in capital projects or programs.
