To manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments while ensuring system security, compliance, and high availability. This role is responsible for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices across IT systems. Additionally, the Senior Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides technical leadership, and mentors junior team members to enhance operational efficiency and IT service reliability.

Azure Infrastructure Management
Provision, configure, and monitor Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networks.
Optimize resource usage and implement cost-saving strategies.
Active Directory Administration
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user accounts and group policies.
Troubleshoot authentication and replication issues.
Office 365 Administration
Oversee user provisioning, licensing, and security settings within Office 365.
Maintain and configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
System Engineering & Maintenance
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
Implement high-availability solutions and ensure routine maintenance (patching, upgrades, backups).
Security & Compliance
Enforce security best practices across all IT systems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and collaborate with security teams on compliance measures.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve system issues efficiently.
Collaboration & Technical Support
Work closely with IT teams to ensure reliable infrastructure and cloud services.
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic And Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
Years And Nature Of Experience
6 - 8 years of relevant experience in a related industry
Technical Skills
Extensive experience with Azure infrastructure (VMs, Virtual Networks, Storage, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory management, including group policies, DNS, and replication.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), and networking concepts.
Scripting experience (PowerShell) for task automation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with security best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is a plus.
