Sia Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant to be based in our Riyadh office who will assume the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Business Development: support and contribute to the development of compelling, differentiated proposals. Participate in the identification and development of new business opportunities and vendor relationships.
2. Client Delivery: support in the execution of complex and high-profile engagements for our clients and deliver lasting client impact.
3. People: build strong, lasting business relationships with clients and with the wider Sia Partners team internationally to support the growth of the company.
4. Knowledge management: manage information and knowledge across the business and projects for ongoing use on further projects. Scope, research and draft leading industry white papers on key topics, and conference presentations. Consolidate relevant information and analysis to support products business (in particular, benchmarking).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

1. 4 to 6 years experience working at a top tier Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting firm
2. Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
3. Operated at senior levels within the client environment
4. Knowledge on process reengineering, business analysis, organisation turn-around, and market regulation
5. Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work and judicious regular updates to management
6. Excellent client interpersonal skills
7. Entrepreneurial and team spirit, results-driven attitude, and dynamic work aptitude
8. Strong academic background (Economics, Business, or Engineering field) from a top university, Master’s Degree is preferred
