The Role

We are currently seeking an accomplished and strategically minded Senior Construction or Project Manager to join a prestigious, high-profile development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is best suited to professionals with extensive experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use construction projects in the region. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of construction and project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budget and quality standards.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction across project planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Uphold international best practices in construction management and client servicing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior project or construction management role, preferably within the Middle East.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-phase construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory environments and construction standards.
• Preferred Nationalities : Due to project requirements, applications are encouraged from candidates with Western European (excluding the UK and France), Irish, or Australian backgrounds. Kindly note : Candidates from the United States and South Africa will not be considered for this role.
