Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a complex project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil engineering and at least 5 years of PM experience on large-scale construction projects, with excellent English communication and a solid grasp of safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, safety regs, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement solutions; manage change orders as needed.
