Work Location:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To maintain projects within budget, guidelines, statutory requirements, and Company procedures ensuring compliance with HSE policies and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay on the budget for work within the project
  • Finish on time within the project milestone
  • Promote a safety and quality culture within the project
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (zero complaints).
  • Document the lessons learned and Discipline library and case studies
  • Maintain the safety standards and comply with the Company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System Requirements.
  • Take reasonable care of your health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality by Company Quality System requirements.
  • Maintain the company’s social management system policy by following and reporting any deviated cases against PSP IMS policy.
  • Take responsibility for complying with the social accountability requirements according to the standard SA8000.
  • Co-operate with the SP team for any further communication in order to improve and enhance the level of implementation and compliance with the company’s social management system.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
  • Data Analysis.
  • Report writing and business and technical correspondence.
  • Team leadership.
  • Conflict and grievance resolution.
  • Related Field Experience: 5 : 10 Years Of Experience
  • ISO Lead Auditor Training
  • Any additional qualification to the Engineering degree
