JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our projects and ensuring their successful delivery.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation.
  • Be experienced in post-contract and claims management.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budget and financial performance to ensure compliance with established targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on commercial matters.
