About The Role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for a mixed-use development project in Riyadh, KSA.

You will support project leaders in delivering high-quality service, achieving successful client outcomes, sharing knowledge across projects, fostering innovation, and enhancing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
• Managing and leading a team of cost, contracts, and commercial managers within a live project environment
• Analyzing project data efficiently
• Organizing workshops to achieve cost savings
• Proposing high-level strategic solutions as needed
• Delivering projects and professional assignments
• Ensuring effective communication and liaising with other managers for financial control
• Providing commercial management services with limited supervision
• Completing work outputs accurately and on time
• Representing the company professionally, maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Experience in technical delivery within a global construction consultancy
• Pre- and post-contract experience
• Experience working across various sectors and projects in the Middle East
• Knowledge of contractual advice and administration
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, and commercially aware
• A team player with a positive attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, respectful, and flexible
