We are playing a key role on a groundbreaking entertainment and tourism megaproject located around 40 kilometers from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, the development aims to diversify the economy and provide world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences. The project spans 334 square kilometers and includes the world's largest Six Flags theme park, the Middle East's largest water park, and state-of-the-art sporting facilities.

Role summary:

The Senior Commercial Manager provides commercial support and leadership across the program, aiming to maximize profitability and minimize commercial risk.

Specific duties include:

• Commercial leadership across the program, including oversight of operational sales, pricing, contracts, and major changes on existing projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with commercial terms, achieving the best possible outcomes regarding financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Supporting quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting of the business's financial performance.
• Influencing and leading to promote a right first-time culture and continuous improvement.
• Managing commercial risks by identifying potential major issues early, intervening, and facilitating mitigation or resolution to avoid disputes.
• Leading and supporting business improvement initiatives and making interventions where project commercial delivery performance is lacking.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience, ideally professionally qualified.
• Experience in commercial management of projects in highly regulated environments, including full project lifecycle involvement from bidding to final account.
• Strong pricing and commercial modeling skills.
• Deep experience with contracts and terms and conditions.
