Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience in CNC machine maintenance with electrical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems, electrical circuits, and control panels.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience in machine installation preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC & welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in CNC & welding equipment.
• Calibrate and adjust CNC & welding machines to maintain precision and accuracy.
• Replace worn-out or damaged components, such as motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve machines issues and ensure safety is observed.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels.
• Upgrade or retrofit electrical components to enhance machine performance and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisor.
