Job description

Job Responsibilities

Promote Himel products to channel partners, consultants, developers, panel builders, utilities, etc.

Sustain and develop relationships with all customers and partners.

Achieve personal annual targets as per assigned KPIs.

Develop a customer database including POS, wholesalers, and electricians.

Push sell-out across different tiers: T1, T2, retailers, POS, PBs, projects, etc.

Implement marketing and sales strategies within the assigned scope.

Propose optimized techno-commercial offerings based on Himel's latest product features.

Gather project information and build an efficient project pipeline.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure projects. Manage projects to increase sales and ensure efficiency; prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Maintain awareness of market trends in the electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding, and events.

Ensure high-quality service is provided to partners and customers.

Organize quarterly business reviews with partners to create corrective action plans and enhance business understanding.

Essential Professional Experience

5-7 years in relevant sales and export roles, especially in utilities.

Project experience with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, utilities, and other partners.

Background in electrical products and solutions, including low voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, etc.

Strong leadership skills in execution, influencing, and strategic development of sales.

Desirable Qualifications

A wide network of contacts in the electrical market.

Experience in penetrating new markets

Good business understanding with LV product knowledge, competitor knowledge, technical skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Personal Skills

Flexibility and responsiveness in a demanding startup environment.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Motivated and goal-oriented.

Strategic thinking, teamwork, quick execution, and a sense of urgency.

Education Background

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.

Frequent travel.

Fluent in English and the local language.
