This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage the development of these categories and enhance their market presence. The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, be results-oriented, and possess the ability to innovate within the Care categories to drive growth.

Responsibilities and Category Management:

• Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across Care categories, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the product assortment in categories such as personal care, hair care, and care devices.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms, enhance product offerings, and ensure quality standards.
