In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing system functionality, and facilitating improvements that align with the organization's strategic goals. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology systems effectively solve business challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to gather and document detailed business requirements
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT to ensure alignment
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed system changes
• Support the implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business objectives
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality against requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Proficient in documenting and analyzing complex business processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Experience with system testing and UAT processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
