About the Job:



The Senior Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Bayantech by developing strategic business relationships and enhancing client support. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the translation industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to lead initiatives that drive revenue and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Growth Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on maximizing financial gain and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  2. Client Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  3. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  4. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets, assess customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Quote Preparation and Follow-Up: Generate competitive quotes for clients and lead follow-up efforts to convert quotes into successful projects.
  9. Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and client interactions using CRM software.
  10. Post-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support and feedback, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotional materials, and market strategies.
  12. Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing Bayantech's unique solutions and value propositions.
  13. Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, regularly reporting insights to management and stakeholders to shape strategic direction.
  14. Event Representation: Represent Bayantech at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote services and expand network connections.
  15. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:


  1. Proven experience as a business development executive, preferably within the translation or localization industry, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Demonstrated ability to close new business and achieve sales targets.
  3. Extensive experience in B2B sales, including negotiations and contract management.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  5. Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  6. Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the translation industry.
  7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Exceptional time management, organizational, and planning abilities.
  9. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  10. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  11. Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting is essential.
