As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will lead and participate in identifying, analyzing, and executing strategies that drive the company&aposs success. This role requires expertise in market analysis, opportunity evaluation, and proposal development, particularly within the B2G sector in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Research and Opportunity Exploration:
Conduct market studies to uncover potential growth areas, customer needs, and industry trends, particularly in the B2G and priority sectors
Oversee competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities
Use tools and methodologies to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights for business growth
Opportunity Development and Strategic Planning:
Participate to evaluate and prioritize opportunities to align with the company&aposs strategic goals
Participate to develop business strategies to bridge market gaps and leverage competitive advantages
Manage studies to define opportunity scopes, assess risks, and estimate potential returns
Collaborate with leadership to craft strategies for entering new markets or enhancing market share
Proposal Development and Execution
Work with cross-functional teams to build technical and financial proposals tailored to client needs
Define execution methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals
Ensure proposals comply with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies
Develop business case presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Client Relationship Management

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master&aposs degree is preferred
Experience
+3 years of experience in business development, including market analysis, strategic planning, and proposal development
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing strategic opportunities
