Position Summary:
In your capacity as business development manager for B2B sales at LikeCard, you will be managing and developing B2B sales in all categories, identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, closing deals, and work to execute business development department KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop, take ownership of, and implement a business development strategy that can unlock new opportunities.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the business development and account management departments, assist in setting the team KPI’s and present to senior management.
• Achieve growth by hitting sales targets, aspire to secure the sales department target and KPIs.
• Identify areas for improvement in department processes and procedures, conduct evaluations of direct reports, and devise a succession plan for the team.
• Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
• Develop and sustain top-notch partnerships across all categories while representing LikeCard's interests within the community.
• Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by senior management and your direct manager.
RequirementsQualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years' experience in business development roles working with middle eastern and global teams, with a proven track record of success in maximizing sales and building strong commercial networks.
3. Excellent strategic planning skills.
4. Proficiency in technology trends and innovations.
5. Robust analytical capabilities, problem solving and sound decision-making skills.
