Job Purpose:

To lead the analysis and development of business opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives in the construction and contracting sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis in the KSA construction industry to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for potential projects.
• Collaborate with other departments in the company to align BD Strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, developers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership on business development KPIs, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or market analysis in the construction/contracting industry in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
• Proven experience in analyzing large-scale projects and producing actionable insights.
