ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization's perspective.
To build market position by locating, developing, defining, and negotiating, in order to establish business relationships and increase Elm market share. Additionally, to enhance the company's existing projects by innovating new services and products. This must be achieved within the organization’s vision, mission, and capabilities. - Daily Operations
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to your job to ensure continuity of work.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, considering international best practices, process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for the Business Development and Sales departments to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
- Identify opportunities and scope of work.
- Oversee large-scale, complex organizations, lead the evaluation of opportunities, and prioritize them.
- Enhance Elm’s reputation and brand by taking ownership of new projects, exploring, and adding value to tasks.
- Study competitors and develop strategic partnerships to expand Elm’s client base and serve more industries.
- Generate new relationships, especially with the government sector.
- Cultivate and expand relationships by introducing innovative enhancements.
- Lead forecasting of potential projects and opportunities.
- Formulate financial and technical proposals.
- Track and report the status of all proposal components.
- Develop budgeting and pricing models to estimate project costs and profit margins.
- Present Elm’s experiences and achievements to build client confidence and demonstrate capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all proposal components are finalized and submitted on time.
- Review final drafts of proposals and presentations before client delivery.
