Our client
We are a leading SaaS construction platform in KSA, we are currently looking to fill this position immediately.
Position Overview:
• Play a strategic and hands-on role in driving customer acquisition, revenue generation, and partnership development for Buildmate (BM).
• Operate as a senior member of the business development team, combining direct sales execution with market intelligence.
• May include mentoring junior team members and contributing to the improvement of sales processes.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Country Manager to expand BM’s footprint in the construction ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably construction, SaaS, marketplaces, industrial sectors).
• Sales Excellence: Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets (enterprise/mid-market clients).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction supply chains, building materials, or equipment rental in KSA/GCC is a strong plus.
• CRM Proficiency: Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc..
• Relationship Management: Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Initiative & Independence: Comfortable operating autonomously.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to mentor and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
Performance Metrics & Success Indicators:
• Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets.
• Customer Acquisition: Onboarding targeted new clients.
