ROLE PURPOSE

- Business Analysis Methodology Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare appropriate methods to conduct business analysis activities (formality level, activities, and plans).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to maintain effective working relationships.
- Maintain tools for information accessibility and storage.
- Requirements Elicitation & Validation
- Prepare for requirements elicitation by setting up logistics and preparing stakeholders.
- Check the information gathered during elicitation sessions for accuracy and consistency.
- Format and document requirements using formal or informal documentation.
- Ensure stakeholders have a shared understanding of business analysis information through approvals and agreements.
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Participate in current and future state analysis based on capabilities, processes, technology, infrastructure, and policies.
- Participate in risk analysis to understand undesirable consequences during transitions.
- Identify and communicate gap analysis, transition states, and release planning.
- Elaborate requirements using modeling techniques and diagrams.
- Verify that requirements and designs are correct and aligned with quality standards.
- Development & Recommendation Building
- Identify and represent design options to improve the business and achieve future state goals.
- Estimate potential value for each design option to determine the most appropriate one.
- Evaluate delivered solutions through demos and provide feedback or register enhancements.
- Assurance Of Requirements Life Cycle Management
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of requirements throughout their lifecycle and support reuse.
- Prioritize requirements based on stakeholder importance and inter-dependencies.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information and computer science or related major.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Years And Nature Of Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
