We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to identify operational gaps, analyze business requirements, and propose effective technological solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate must possess a CBAP certification and have excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze gaps in current processes and propose actionable improvements.
• Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Clearly document requirements and effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Utilize modeling techniques to represent complex business requirements effectively.
• Ensure systems and processes achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide comprehensive data analytics to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of solutions.
• Analyze and develop services through gap identification and improvement opportunities using process mining methodologies.
• Work cohesively with stakeholders at all levels, program staff, and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Must hold a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• Proficiency in process analysis, modeling, and improvement methodologies (experience with process mining tools is highly desirable).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
