We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our fast-growing smart retail technology company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a hybrid/on-site role for a candidate who thrives in tech-driven environments and understands the operational mechanics behind mobile applications, ERP systems, and data pipelines.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for a business analyst with a strong technical foundation — someone who can interpret product goals, map system requirements, and work side by side with developers and product managers. You will play a critical role in shaping mobile-first workflows, optimizing backend logic, and driving the integration between Flutter/FlutterFlow-based applications and core ERP systems such as Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for digital products built using Flutter or FlutterFlow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows that bridge the app front-end, ERP logic, and backend automation.
• Support the development and optimization of vending machine operations, route planning, and user interaction models.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and user stories for development cycles.
• Translate business objectives into dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Identify inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and lead automation initiatives using tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Contribute to ERP customization (preferably Odoo) and ensure proper integration with application data flows.
• Participate in QA and UAT cycles to validate that product features align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business/system analysis, preferably in product-led or retail tech environments.
• Familiarity with Flutter or FlutterFlow environments; ability to understand app logic and data models even without active development.
• Experience working with ERP platforms, especially Odoo.
• Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and Excel or Google Sheets for operational analysis.
• Understanding of API-based architectures and system integration design.
• Proficiency in documenting functional requirements and working closely with developers during implementation.
• Solid grasp of UX concepts, process mapping, and agile product delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, or serverless backends.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Exposure to Python for data transformation (optional).
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Lean Six Sigma.
