Job Responsibilities

• Business Analytics and Process Engineering Expertise for Capital Market activities
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current processes and provide solutions to improve them
• Requirements Analysis: Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical solutions related to the clients' objectives
• Documentation: Document requirements with required documents, manage stakeholders well, and use modelling to represent some of the requirements
• Efficiency Improvement: Ensure systems and processes are more efficient and effective
• Certification: Obtaining advanced certifications in business analysis such as CBAP
• Decision Support: Provide data and analyses that help make strategic decisions
• Collaboration: Work with different teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of solutions
• Onsite Team Presence: Team presence is onsite
• Interdependence: Work interdependently with staff at all levels, as well as with programme and technical staff
• Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing processes and developing services by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using process mining methodology
