Job Description

Job Purpose
To lead the analysis, design, and delivery of business solutions for lending and credit products within the banking domain.
Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that digital lending journeys, loan modules, and core banking system enhancements are aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.
This role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle processes, credit risk management, and integration with core banking systems.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead the requirement elicitation process for retail, SME, and corporate lending products (Personal Loan, Auto Finance, Mortgage, Credit Cards, etc.).
2. Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to loan origination, loan servicing, collections, and settlement workflows.
3. Translate complex business needs into detailed BRDs and process flows (including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
4. Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
5. Collaborate with technology teams to define integration requirements with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Temenos Transact), LOS/LMS, CRM, and digital channels.
6. Support and validate system design and defect resolution during project delivery.
7. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for lending and loan system modules.
8. Assist in the implementation of new digital features for lending journeys (e.g., e-KYC, NAFATH signing, e-contracts).
9. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and risk identification for changes related to lending operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma).
