Senior Brand Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
Manage the implementation of NW's marketing strategy by planning, designing, and deploying brand activations, marketing campaigns, and innovations to improve brand equity and drive business growth. Actively manage PFME spending and reporting in cooperation with the finance team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective cascading of the marketing strategy into business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies and business plans.
- Manage the development and implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and guidelines to drive innovation and renovation projects across the organization in a consistent manner, aligned with leading practices.
- Identify the need for external agencies and suppliers, collaborating with the procurement function to source and engage them to support brand activations and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective ways to gather and understand market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities; manage market research efforts to recommend strategic options and directions to achieve NW's short and long-term objectives.
- Lead the development of content for all brand activations and marketing campaigns, aligning with overall brand guidelines, promoting NW’s products, and supporting sales growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand marketing campaigns and brand activations into digital spaces and on-ground consumer engagement activities across various channels to reach a wider audience and drive sales across regions.
- Lead the development of NW's social media strategy in line with overall marketing objectives to promote the brand and attract more consumers through online channels.
- Monitor and measure the outcomes and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand activations; identify areas for improvement and recommend actions for continuous enhancement.
- Manage PFME and reporting activities.
Education & Experiences:
- MSc/MA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing or a relevant field, with at least 3 years in strategic management and leadership roles within leading FMCG companies in the KSA market, preferably in the beverage sector.
