JOB PURPOSE / ROLE
- Responsible for planning and executing the marketing
- strategies of DMSCO brands across all channels (Al-Dawaa Pharmacies, Modern trade, Health care retail accounts and international market).
- Key focus area include building brand equity, customer engagement and market penetration while supporting CRM and loyalty program as well.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned brands across all relevant markets (KSA and international markets).
- Define brand positioning, value proposition and key messaging aligned with market needs and company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and consumer insight studies to identify opportunities and guide brand strategy.
- Manage and execute marketing activities across all sales channels (Retails activation, in-store visibility, promotions, pharmacist’s engagements, shelf presence, B2B campaigns, brand communications, awareness campaigns, and customer retention campaigns).
- Plan and oversee ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, and supervise digital and social media strategies to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
- KOLs and sales ream training for all brands USPs and marketing messages.
- Lead the launch of new products, monitor brand performance and lead the lifecycle management by implementing corrective actions to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budget and ensuring cost effectiveness use of resources.
- Support international distributers and marketing partners with branding materials, product knowledge and promotional guidance.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on brand health , campaign effectiveness and market needs
- Evaluate NPDs and provide market and consumer marketing insights for the NPDs committee.
- Collaborate with external principals, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and development of junior assistant brand managers with high responsibilities.
- Packaging Art works review, corrections, approval with regulatory team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG /Pharmaceutical brand marketing and related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration , Advertising and Communications
Skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with attention to market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English & Arabic
- Confidential presenter and trainer, especially in pharmacy, retail field force engagement
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy and FMCG distribution channels.
- Experience managing across-market brand communication ( GCC/Global )
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast –paced environment
- Skilled in brand managements , brand performance analysis and insights generations
- Competent in Digital marketing tools and Social media strategic managements.
- Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence adaptability
- Competent in people management skills.
