Qualifications

• 8–15 years experience in design coordination, authority approvals, and stakeholder management in KSA or GCC.
• Strong understanding of KSA regulations including Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary design teams and complex approvals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all design work aligns with requirements of relevant KSA government authorities.
• Act as primary liaison with relevant KSA authorities.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary interface points between architecture, structure, MEP, and utilities.
