What you'll be doing

The job holder of this position is responsible for implementing day-to-day personnel operations, managing confidential certificates, handling employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies.

  • Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Implement activities under minimal supervision.
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Administer employee attendance, leaves, vacations, and overall absenteeism.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s personnel rules and regulations.
  • Follow up with employees regarding medical certificates for sick leaves and absence forms.
  • Handle all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employee reimbursements.
  • Issue and cancel access cards in line with security policies.
  • Prepare welcome kits for new employee orientation sessions.
  • Prepare absenteeism calculations for end-of-service settlements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on company policies and procedures.
  • Handle and follow up on work visa and labor contract processes.
  • Manage all governmental platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and Absher.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and Government Relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the GCC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
