Job Description

High level of customer service and professionalism

Follow customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the department’s procedures and standards.

Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments, our company network of hospitals, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers and confidently handle general queries.

Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve issues to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention from team leaders.

Team Support

Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve individual and department goals.

Strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit.

Providers' Compliance

Ensure hospital compliance with the agreed-upon standards of service and that they deliver these standards to members at all times.

Ensure hospitals utilize swipe card and fingerprint machines, the website, and any other technical services linked to our company.

Complaints Management

Resolve customer complaints without the need for escalation.

Ensure proper follow-up of the recovery plan.

Enter complaints into the complaints system tracer to facilitate preventive actions.

Relationship Building

Establish excellent relationships with providers' insurance directors.

Conduct regular visits to frontliners at points of service, listen to their concerns and feedback.

Coordinate with provider relations on recognition mechanisms for providers.

Strengthen the image of providers in front of customers to enhance the partnership framework.

Professional Appearance and Commitment

Ensure the office, customer area, and personal appearance are maintained at the highest levels of cleanliness, order, and professionalism.
