As a Senior Associate - Finance Technology (Integration) at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a key role in facilitating the integration of various finance technology systems that enhance our financial operations and reporting capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with IT, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of technology systems across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of integration strategies related to finance technology systems.
  • Supporting the integration of finance systems (e.g., SAP) by providing technical expertise during implementation phases.
  • Conducting analysis to identify integration opportunities and recommending solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business and functional requirements.
  • Providing training and support to end-users during system rollout and integration phases.
  • Monitoring and documenting integration processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Staying abreast of emerging finance technologies and best practices to inform future integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance technology, particularly in system integration roles. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A certification in project management or technology integration is preferred. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
